Use of the Site, including the content contained within and the services it offers, indicates your agreement to these terms as well as any additional terms that may appear on the Site, including the privacy policy and any other instructions and guidelines that may be presented to you during your use of the Site (collectively: the “Binding Documents”). The Binding Documents are written in masculine language for convenience, but they apply to both men and women.
You are advised to carefully read the Binding Documents as they define your rights and obligations regarding the use of the Site. The Binding Documents apply to use of the Site via any computer or communication device (such as smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, etc.).
In the Binding Documents, the term “Content” refers to any textual, visual, audio, or any combination of these (such as audiovisual videos), or any part of them, including their design, processing, editing, and presentation.
About the Site
The Site offers information about MDC and the platform it operates, which is used to create digital processes and organize online forms for digital signatures (“the Service”). The Service allows the creation of complex processes incorporating documents according to the needs and specifications defined by the client and sending them to the client’s end users in an easy and convenient way. The recipients of the documents can sign them digitally and send the completed and signed document back to the organization without the need for fax or email.
MDC has sole discretion in deciding which content will be displayed on the Site, how long it will be displayed, its location, design, and any other related matter. Viewing the content displayed on the Site does not require registration.
The Site allows you to contact MDC for a demonstration of the Service or for any questions about the Service. If you wish to contact us, you may do so by using the online contact form provided by MDC on the Site, where you will be required to provide your name, email address, phone number, and the organization you belong to, as well as to enter the content of your inquiry in the designated area.
Whenever you contact us, you must provide accurate, complete, and correct details. Providing incorrect details may prevent us from contacting you when necessary. We will explicitly state which fields require completion. Without providing the requested information in the mandatory fields, you will not be able to complete the registration. MDC reserves the right to take various technological and other measures to verify and confirm your identity.
MDC also offers the customer access to the Service via API, according to the instructions for using the API detailed on the company’s website. For the avoidance of doubt, the use of the Service via the API is subject to the service agreement between the customer and the company, and to the instructions detailed on the company’s website, which may be updated from time to time.
The use of the Site is intended for users aged 18 and over only. By using the Site, you confirm and declare that you are at least 18 years old or that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent if you are under 18. Please note that if it is discovered that you are under 18 and you registered for the service without obtaining parental or legal guardian consent, MDC may block your access to the Site.
By submitting your details on the Site and agreeing to the Binding Documents, you consent to MDC sending you updates via email and text messages (SMS or WhatsApp), including content updates, information about MDC’s services and products, as well as services and products from others, promotions, new features on the Site, and advertisements, as defined in Section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982. You may, at any time, withdraw your consent and notify MDC that you refuse to receive advertising materials, either generally or of a specific type, by sending an opt-out message. The method for sending the opt-out message will be specified in the advertisements sent to you by MDC and/or on its behalf.
Use of the Site
You are permitted to use the Site, its content, and services according to the following rules:
- You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- You may not copy, use, or allow others to copy or use the content from the Site in any way, including on other websites, applications, electronic publications, print publications, etc., for any other purpose.

Indemnity

Changes to the Binding Documents

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Use of the Site is governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from the Binding Documents or the Site is granted to the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights under the Binding Documents without obtaining MDC’s prior written consent. MDC may transfer its rights on the Site to any third party at its sole discretion, provided that the third party will uphold MDC’s obligations towards you under the Binding Documents.
